Vicki Walmsley is an experienced human resources professional, currently serving as the Strategic Business Partner at Greater Western Water since August 2019. Prior to this role, Vicki held the position of Senior People and Culture Business Partner at VicTrack, where the focus was on optimizing transport land and infrastructure for the Victorian Government. Additional experience includes serving as Senior HR Business Partner at Elders, where Vicki offered tailored solutions in agribusiness, and as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Cargill Australia, overseeing HR functions across a substantial workforce. Vicki has also worked in various HR roles at the Cancer Council of Victoria, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, and Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, in addition to early work at Coles Myer in business analysis and HR. Vicki holds multiple qualifications in Human Resource Management and Organizational Coaching from respected institutions including Swinburne University of Technology and the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
