Elaine Dixon is a strategic advisor specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Greater Western Water since September 2020, where responsibilities include developing and leading the organization's DEI strategy. Prior to this role, Elaine served as the Organisational Capability Manager at City West Water and held various positions at Right Management, including Employee Experience Consultant and Organisational Development Consultant. Elaine also gained experience as a Senior Consultant with Cisco, where leadership training was delivered to APAC participants, and as Employee Development Manager at CSL. Earlier in career, roles included Learning and Development Manager at Optus. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Melbourne.
