Andy Wilson is an experienced Change Leader currently serving at Greater Western Water since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles at the National Disability Insurance Agency as Director of Digital Change & Adoption, where Andy focused on enhancing the experience of NDIS participants and providers through digital product utilization and collaborated with advocacy branches to incorporate participant feedback. Previous positions include Senior Change Manager at MLC Life Insurance, Agile Change Manager at National Australia Bank, and various change management roles across organizations including the Department of Economic Development and Australia Post. Andy holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Geography from the University of Strathclyde.
