Amber Upson is an experienced yoga instructor and business owner, currently teaching at Greater Waterbury YMCA, Ascension Yoga, and operating Jeweled Skies Yoga. Additionally, Amber holds a senior assistant position at Bricks & Minifigs North America and previously worked as a yoga instructor at Universal Fitness. In a prior role as Home Performance Manager at Solvit Home Services, Amber established a new department and effectively managed a team, leading to significant revenue growth. Previously, Amber served as Field Operations Manager at Competitive Resources, Inc., overseeing a large team of energy efficiency technicians. Early career work included serving as a wardrobe stylist for film productions. Amber holds a YTT200 certification from The Om Center Yoga Teacher School and an Associate's Degree in Fashion Design & Merchandising from Katharine Gibbs School.
