Sherry Sanchez Tibbetts, JD, is a seasoned leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as Vice President at Greater Twin Cities United Way. Previously, Sherry held roles as Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Alzheimer's Association Minnesota-North Dakota Chapter and Chief Diversity Officer at Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College, where they developed the institution's first Diversity and Inclusion Plan. Sherry also served as Interim Director at Lake Superior College, implementing strategic changes that improved enrollment among underserved communities. An advocate for equitable AI, Sherry holds a JD in Public Finance from St. Mary's University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from The University of Texas at Austin.
