Thomas Sheehan is an experienced accountant currently working at Greater Southern Tier BOCES since April 2022, having previously held roles as Principal Accounts Clerk. Prior to this, Thomas worked at Community Bank System, Inc. from October 2018 to July 2022, serving as Branch Supervisor and Branch Manager in Training. Earlier experience includes positions at 1st National Bank of Scotia, where Thomas was a Branch Operations Officer, Management Trainee, and Teller from July 2011 to October 2018. Additionally, Thomas held the role of Vice President for Finance for the Student Association at Binghamton University from August 2014 to May 2015. Thomas holds two Bachelor's Degrees from Binghamton University, one in Economics with a specialization in Policy Analysis and another in Political Science, both obtained from 2011 to 2015.
