Ginger Miller SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in various organizations. Since February 2016, Ginger has served as a Human Resource Generalist at the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. Previously, from June 2010 to September 2015, Ginger worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Guardian Industries, where responsibilities included creating and organizing on-site career fairs for displaced workers and managing benefit communications for approximately 150 employees. Ginger's career began as a Human Resource Manager and Account Manager at Justifacts Credential Verification, Inc. from March 2004 to June 2010, where job descriptions, policies, and employee handbooks were developed, and recruitment processes were managed. Ginger holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Geneva College and an Associate of Science in Travel and Tourism from the Community College of Allegheny County.
