Kevin Tulipana currently serves as President of City of Hope, overseeing the operations of a 38-bed oncology specialty hospital and three outpatient care centers since 2023. Prior to this role, Kevin was President and Chief Executive Officer at Cancer Treatment Centers of America from 2015 to 2023, where responsibilities included managing the Western Regional Medical Center and revitalizing outpatient practices. Additional roles at Cancer Treatment Centers of America included Executive Vice President for Arizona, Chief of Staff, Medical Director, and Regional Chief Medical Officer, where Kevin implemented a national framework that ensured physician retention and operational excellence. Kevin also served as a Permanent Deacon for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tulsa from 2014 to 2021. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University, a Master of Science in Bioethics from the University of Mary, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Truman State University.
