Angela Howard currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Customer Experience at the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, overseeing operations at both Orlando International and Executive Airports since February 2015. Prior to this role, Angela was the Manager of Customer Service Training & Employee Engagement within the same organization. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager at Westfield from January 2008 to January 2015, Store Manager at Hot Topic from February 2007 to January 2008, and Associate Manager at Gap Inc./Outlet from 2002 to 2007. Angela holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Kent State University, attained between 1994 and 1998.
