Ryan Abell has a strong background in operations management. Ryan began their career at Cargill as an Operations Supervisor, where they successfully supervised multiple production departments and implemented cost-saving strategies. Ryan then advanced to the role of Area Manager, overseeing 2nd shift operations and managing supervisors and hourly associates. After Cargill, Ryan joined CJ Foods inc as an Operations Manager for two years, before being hired by Greater Omaha Packing Co. In their time at Greater Omaha, they held various roles, including Sales Representative, Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations.

Ryan Abell earned their Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from Kansas State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006.
