Neisha Joseph currently serves as Chief of Staff for the Boy Scouts of America since March 2024, having previously held various leadership roles within the organization, including Assistant Director of Field Service, Field Director, District Director, and District Executive from January 2008 to March 2024. Neisha's responsibilities have encompassed recruitment and training of program staff, program development, on-site supervision, financial support acquisition, and youth recruitment. Earlier experience includes working as a Program Specialist at the Legislature of the Virgin Islands and as a Student Intern, where tasks involved event organization and guest relations. Neisha holds a BA in Corporate Communication from Baruch College and an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Borough of Manhattan Community College.
