Stacey Robles, MBA, currently serves as the Inclusive Talent Program Manager at the Greater Des Moines Partnership and as an ELL Adjunct Instructor at Des Moines Area Community College. Prior to these roles, Stacey held positions at Iowa Workforce Development, including Foreign Labor Certification Workforce Advisor, where initiatives were developed to support employer success with H-2A and H-2B visa programs, and Migrant Seasonal Farmworker Outreach Specialist, facilitating assessments and case management for participants. Stacey also worked as a Community School Coordinator at Des Moines Public Schools, creating programs to engage students and families. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration and a Certificate in Leadership from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Spanish from Simpson College.
