Tanya Gonzales currently serves as the Director of Compliance at Protective Life since 2019 and has been with Great-West Life & Annuity Insurance Company as the Manager of Individual Markets Compliance since 2008. In this managerial role, Tanya oversees the development and filing of policy forms across various division line areas, which include COLI/BOLI, Institutional Bank, American Dental Association (ADA), and Variable Annuities, while also leading a team focused on operations and production tasks that demand technical and compliance expertise. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Affairs from the University of Denver, earned between 1991 and 1995.
