Ken Medal is a retired professional with extensive experience in SAP implementation and support, having dedicated over 27 years to Great-West Life and Annuity Insurance Company. In the role of Senior Manager, SAP Implementation Support, Ken participated in strategic project planning, provided initial estimates, allocated resources, and facilitated project implementation. Ken designed a standardized technical requirements document template, enhancing the efficiency of the business support team. Furthermore, Ken played a key role in the divestiture of Great-West Healthcare by assisting in the creation of a separate SAP instance for CIGNA. Earlier roles included serving as Associate Manager and Assistant Manager within Corporate & Financial Systems, where Ken led the implementation of the first Automated Clearing House (ACH) system at the company. Ken holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming from RRC Polytech.
