Dan Appelbaum has over 21 years of experience in the mortgage lending and real estate industry. Currently serving as a Residential Lending Officer at Great Southern Bank, Dan manages all aspects of loan origination and actively markets mortgage products by fostering relationships with various referral partners. Previously, Dan held the position of Assistant Vice President in Mortgage Lending at M&I Bank, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Dan's career began as a Minority Owner and Manager at America's Finest Homes/America's Home Mortgage, overseeing sales of manufactured and custom homes, managing operations, and supervising loan origination processes while also developing retail sales strategies and construction projects.
