Jim O'Connor is the current Chief Financial Officer at Great Place To Work. Jim has previously held this position at LB Construction and Creative Touch Interiors (division of Home Depot). Jim has also been Division Chief Financial Officer at Tetra Tech EBA and Assistant Controller at Sybex, Inc. Their first accounting position was as Accounting Manager/Operations Manager at The Penn Air Group. Jim O'Connor is a Certified Public Accountant and they received their B.S. in Accounting from California State University, Sacramento.

Jim O'Connor attended St. Ignatius College Preparatory for high school and then went on to San Francisco State University where they earned their bachelor's degree in accounting and finance.

Jim O'Connor reports to Michael C. Bush, CEO. They are on a team with Holly N. Petroff - EVP, Global Consulting, Tony Bond - EVP, Chief Diversity & Innovation Officer, and Todd Garrison - VP, Information Technology.
