Hannah Fabrikant has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Hannah began their career as an Associate Attorney at Pite Duncan, LLP in 2006, followed by a role as an Associate Attorney at Mulvaney Barry Beatty Linn & Mayers LLP from 2007 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Pepperdine University School of Law as an Associate Director of Career Development. In 2013, they moved to McDermott Will & Emery LLP where they held multiple positions including Professional Development Analyst, Manager of Professional Development, Senior Manager of Professional Development, and Global Director of Professional Development from 2013 to 2022. Hannah also served as the Interim Head of Diversity and Inclusion from 2018 to 2019 at McDermott Will & Emery LLP. Hannah's current role is President at Great On The Job, a position they have held since 2023.

Hannah Fabrikant attended the University of Southern California, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Hannah then pursued their legal education at the Santa Clara University School of Law, earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Later on, Hannah pursued further education at the Columbia Business School, where they completed an Executive Education program focused on Leadership Essentials.
