Mini Panicker has extensive work experience in the water industry. They started their career in 1997 as a Chemical Engineer at the City of Detroit, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, they joined the Great Lakes Water Authority as an Engineering Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of System Operations Control Center Manager in September 2022. Mini Panicker is a PMP-certified professional engineer (P.E.) with a strong background in water system operations and project management.
Mini Panicker, PMP, P.E. holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University, which was obtained between 1997 and 1999. In 2003, Mini earned a Professional Engineer certification from the National Society of Professional Engineers. Mini further enhanced their qualifications by obtaining a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2017. In 2021, Mini acquired an Asset Management Certificate from The Institute of Asset Management. Additionally, Mini attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2022, where they pursued Executive Leadership studies.
