Ha Ninh Dang is an experienced Equipment/Hardware Engineer at Great Lakes Crystal Technologies, where responsibilities include designing and modifying equipment for pilot manufacturing lines in the semiconductor industry. Prior experience includes serving as a Mentor and Teaching Assistant at Michigan State University, contributing to academic mentoring for over 300 undergraduate students, and conducting undergraduate research on alternative fuels in combustion. Additional roles include Mechanical Engineering Internships at McLaren Engineering and technical team positions in various university engineering organizations, where skills in automation, modeling, and collaborative fabrication were developed. Ha Ninh Dang also co-founded the Vinschool Alumni organization, focused on providing support and guidance to students. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and a High School Diploma from Vinschool.
