Neil Earnshaw is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sustainability and environmental management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Partnerships Policy & Design Lead at the Great British Railways Transition Team since November 2023, Neil has previously held significant roles including Associate Technical Director at Arcadis and Environment and Heritage Lead for London and the South East at the Canal & River Trust. As Director of Enviro.Man. Consultancy Services Ltd., established in 2006, Neil specializes in training and auditing management systems to international standards. Notable prior positions include Sustainability Lead for HS2 On-Network works and Crossrail 2 at Network Rail, and Principal Sustainability Manager for the Transport arrangements during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Neil's academic credentials include a postgraduate degree in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Biology from Staffordshire University.
