Jeffrey Riman is an accomplished academic and industry professional with extensive experience in instructional design, teaching, and business consulting. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology since August 2007 and as a Part-Time Assistant Professor at Parsons The New School for Design since January 2006, Riman specializes in courses related to creative team dynamics and research methodologies. Riman has been recognized with multiple awards, including the New School Distinguished Teaching Award for the 2018-2019 academic year. Additionally, Riman has held various consulting roles, contributing to business process development and product expansion, and has a background in leadership positions, such as Senior Vice President at Seven Worldwide. Riman's education includes a BFA in Painting from Pratt Institute, where attendance spanned from 1972 to 1976.
