Charlie L. is an experienced professional in the game development and visual effects industry, currently serving as a Producer and Studio Manager at Great Ape Games since March 2023, working on the project "The Lost Wild." Alongside this role, Charlie has been an Ambassador for Women in Games WIGJ since March 2020. Prior experience includes a production role at FuturLab for "Ikaro Must Die" and a Development Manager position at Firesprite on an unannounced project. Charlie has also held project management and recruitment roles at Studio Gobo for titles like "Hogwarts Legacy" and "SYNCED," and at Hangar 13, respectively. Earlier career milestones include VFX production roles at Electric Theatre Collective and DNEG, as well as part-time personal assistant work at Galaxy Studios. Charlie’s educational background includes a part-time degree in Game Art Production from Escape Studios and degrees in specialist make-up design and fine art from University of the Arts London and Reigate School of Art and Design, respectively.
