Jessica Seiler has over a decade of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as Payroll Coordinator and Finance Manager at Great American Restaurants since August 2019. Prior experience includes seven years at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, where Jessica held the positions of General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Manager at Café Ba Ba Reeba. Previous roles also include Lead Host Supervisor at Michael Jordan's Steakhouse with InterContinental Hotels Group and Lead Host Supervisor at Great American Restaurants from January 2009 to July 2011. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising from Virginia Commonwealth University, awarded in 2008.
