Cathy Kauffman is an experienced professional in quality assurance and software engineering, currently serving as Divisional AVP QA for IT Services at Great American Insurance Group since June 2018. Previously, Cathy held the position of Director of Software Quality Engineering at LexisNexis from April 2015 to May 2018, where responsibilities included implementing automation frameworks and leading large-scale quality initiatives. Cathy's extensive career at LexisNexis, spanning from 2001 to 2015, involved various leadership roles in software quality engineering, including the creation of a Test Center of Excellence and development of testing strategies for a diverse team. Cathy began the career as a Quality Analyst at Copernus, Inc. and holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati.
