Daniella Stephen is an experienced professional in new product development and process management, currently serving as the Process & NPD Manager at graze since November 2021. Previous roles include Innovations Project Manager at Lancewood, where responsibilities encompassed managing product development from concept to launch, and New Product Development Manager at Fruitique (Pty) Ltd, focusing on dairy industry products and food safety. Earlier experience includes working as an NPD Food Technologist at Cape Herb & Spice, engaging in research and development of various food products, and a student internship at Rhodes Food Group, concentrating on food safety protocols. Daniella holds a Master of Science in Food and Nutrition Security and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Stellenbosch University.
