Tanmaya Biswal is an accomplished technical professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at GrayMatter Software Services Pvt Ltd since June 2023, Tanmaya previously held the position of Development Team Lead at RapidFunnel Inc. from January 2017 to April 2023, where leadership of a seven-member development team and coordination of design efforts were key responsibilities. As one of the founding members of RapidFunnel's flagship product, Tanmaya significantly contributed to the design, coding, testing, and deployment of a scalable SaaS solution on AWS. Prior experience includes a Senior Software Engineer role at Mindfire Solutions, where project leadership and system design for large B2C SaaS projects were pivotal, as well as an earlier position as a Software Engineer focused on client requirements and quality assurance. Tanmaya holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from BPUT, completed in 2012.
