Rahul Satyawan Thorat is a Robotics Engineer at GrayMatter Robotics, where responsibilities include configuring and validating AI robotic surface treatment systems and establishing performance metrics to reduce downtime across projects. Previously, Rahul held positions as a Robotics Application Engineering Intern and Graduate Research Assistant, focusing on robotic solutions and exoskeleton device development, respectively. As the Founder of an on-demand 3D printing startup, Rahul established a network of manufacturers and managed operations, while leadership roles included Team Leader for MITCOE robocon and Co-founder of THE SKYTROOPERS, contributing to innovations in robotics and aeronautics. Rahul holds a Master's degree in Robotics & Autonomous Systems from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
