Kurt Metting began their work experience in 2005 as an Outside Sales representative at Clear Connection. Kurt then moved on to Graybar in 2007, starting as an Account Manager. Throughout their time at Graybar, they held various roles including Sales Manager, Manager of Commercial & Industrial Business, and Branch Manager. Most recently, Kurt served as the Director of Electrical Sales at Graybar starting in April 2019.

Kurt Metting obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the State University of New York Cortland in 2000 and later completed a Masters program in Visual & Media Arts at Emerson College between 2000 and 2002.
