Carrie Johnson has over two decades of experience working at Graybar. Carrie started in 1994 as a Customer Service Representative and later moved on to roles such as Training Specialist and Manager of Supplier Training. In 2005, they became the Director of Organizational Development. In 2008, they became the Director of Corporate & Marketing Communications, leading both internal and external communications for the company. In 2016, they took on the role of Director of Strategic Communications, where they worked closely with senior leadership team to facilitate communication within the company and with external stakeholders.

Carrie Johnson attended Calvin University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned their BA in Business with an emphasis on Marketing and HR.
