Samantha Lara has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2023. Samantha started their career as a Hostess/Server at Hof's Hut Restaurant & Bakery in 2003 and worked in that role until 2008. Samantha then joined Option Care as an Office Administrator, where they were responsible for various administrative tasks and managing patient satisfaction. In 2016, Samantha joined HARBRO Emergency Services and Restoration as a Human Resources Coordinator and later became a Human Resources Administrator. At HARBRO, they handled HR responsibilities and administrative tasks. In 2016, they also started working at BluSky Restoration Contractors as a Corporate Recruiter and a Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist. Samantha played a key role in recruitment and HR functions. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as an Associate Recruiter at Relativity Space, contributing to the company's ambitious projects in aerospace.
