Gregory Baker has served as a Professor at Santa Clara University since 1988, contributing significantly to academia and education. In addition to this role, Gregory currently holds board positions with Gravity Water, an organization addressing global water access challenges exacerbated by climate change, and Presentation High School, which focuses on empowering young women. Prior experience includes a professorship with Semester At Sea and previous academic roles at New Mexico State University as an Assistant Professor and EMBRAPA as a Livestock Economist. Gregory holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Agricultural Economics, as well as a B.S. in Agriculture - Food Business Management, all from Purdue University.
