Sumi Balamohan Maun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, business development, and strategic management. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Gravity Ventures LLC since January 2021, Sumi focuses on seed capital investments in early-stage technology enterprises. As an independent consultant through Maun Consulting Services LLC since October 2007, Sumi specializes in strategy and business development for consumer service and healthcare organizations, alongside coaching executives and individuals on problem-solving and career opportunities. Previous roles include consulting at The MBA Exchange, directing industry programs at the Paley Center for Media, and various consulting and business development positions at McKinsey & Company, MTV Networks, and AOL Time Warner. Sumi holds an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University.
