Garrett Cole has extensive work experience, beginning in 2007 as the Director of Channel Business Development at OPNET Technologies. In 2008, they were a Consulting Contract - VP of Sales at Zapoint. From 2009 to 2013, they were the VP of Sales & Marketing at Terma Software Labs, where they doubled annual revenue and acquired 90 new logos. Garrett then moved to Oracle in 2013, where they were the Application Sales Manager for the Oracle Marketing Cloud. In 2015, they became the Senior Director of Inside Sales & Sales Development at SnapLogic. In 2017, they were the Vice President of Sales at Mindflash and a Strategic Advisor at Intelligent Demand. In 2018, they were a Senior Sales Consultant at TOPO Inc. Finally, in 2019, they became the Vice President of Strategy and VP of Sales at Indigo, and in 2022 they were the Senior Vice President of Sales at Gravitee.

Garrett Cole attended Santa Barbara High School from 1991 to 1995. Garrett then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from Westmont College, which they completed in 1999.
