Nikhil Kaushik has been working in the professional world since 2008. Nikhil began their career as an Intern for Audit Services (Financial Services) at M.M. Nissim & Co. in 2008. In 2010, they moved to Ernst & Young as an Industrial Trainee for tax and regulatory services. In 2012, they became a Strategic Advisor for their own firm, Nikhil Kaushik and Associates. In 2016, they co-founded Graviky Labs.

Nikhil Kaushik's education history includes completing a Chartered Accountant degree from ICAI between 2008 and 2012, with a focus on Tax Law/Taxation. In 2010, they completed an NCFM-Interest Rate Derivatives(Beginner's Module) from NSE's Certification in Financial Markets (NCFM). In 2009, they completed a NISM-Series-I: Currency Derivatives Certification Examination from the National Institute of Securities Markets and an AMFI (Advisors' Module) from The Association of Mutual Funds in India. Lastly, Nikhil Kaushik completed their SSC from CRPF Public School (Delhi) between 2003 and 2004, with a focus on Commerce.
