Lucy Njoroge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, training, and finance. Currently serving as a Governance Expert at SNDBX | The Village Formula, Lucy focuses on integrating good governance practices within SMEs through mentoring and coaching. Additionally, Lucy works as a Life Coach with The Gratitude Network, assisting social impact organizations in scaling their outreach to children and youth. As a certified trainer for the International Labour Organization, Lucy conducts training programs aimed at enhancing entrepreneurship and employment opportunities globally. Lucy also contributes as a trainer at Sinapis Group, where Lucy supports SMEs with innovative business training. In leadership roles, Lucy acts as Director at Bible Translation & Literacy East Africa and a board member at Children of the Heavenly King. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at NIC Bank Limited as Deputy Director of Finance and at KPMG as a Senior Auditor, along with foundational roles in auditing. Lucy holds an Executive MBA from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.
