Melissa McLaverty has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Melissa started their career as a Weekend Sales Assistant at USC in 1995 and then moved on to Jigsaw Clothing in 1997, where they continued in the same role until 1999. Melissa then joined Regatta Ltd as a Buying Office Trainee for two years before moving to J.D. WILLIAMS & COMPANY LIMITED as an Assistant Merchandiser from 2001 to 2002. Melissa then joined David Luke Ltd in 2002 as a Merchandiser, where they have been working until 2017. In 2017, Melissa joined Grass & Air as a Business Development Manager, where they are currently employed.

Melissa McLaverty received their education from Holy Cross High School RC, where they completed their studies from 1990 to 1995. Following that, they attended Heriot-Watt University and pursued a BSc(Hons) Textile & Fashion Design from 1995 to 1999.
