Stephenie Taylor Lane is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Graphic Packaging International, LLC since June 2024, Stephenie previously held the position of Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Dimagi, where notable accomplishments included leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and managing full-cycle recruitment for senior positions. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Recruiting at Tom James Company, where Stephenie oversaw the recruitment department and implemented innovative hiring strategies, and significant tenure at C.H.
