Sara J Butler, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Organizational Change Management at Graphic Packaging International, LLC, since January 2023, focusing on developing a team of change leaders to support growth in process and culture transformation initiatives. Prior to this, Sara worked at Kimberly-Clark from June 2002 to January 2023, where notable roles included Senior Manager of Global Change Enablement, overseeing the company's first global ERP implementation, and establishing the Global Change Management Center of Excellence. Sara holds an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management from Georgia State University and a degree in Accounting from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
