Adam has demonstrated expertise in labor market analysis, active recruitment, employer branding, and the development of operational strategies. Previous roles include Director of Operations & Business Development at A-Z Personalservice GmbH, Regional Director at Work Service GmbH & Co. KG, and several management positions at Stream Global Services. Educationally, Adam holds a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology and Psycholinguistics from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
