Nikodem Tęcza has a solid work experience history starting from 2013. Nikodem began their career as a PMO Intern at Atena Usługi Informatyczne i Finansowe S.A. in 2013. Following that, they worked as a Business Analyst/Project Manager at Nearshoring Solutions Sp. z o.o. from February 2014 to November 2015. From November 2015 to July 2016, they served as a Service Delivery Manager at yameo. Nikodem then joined Wakacje.pl S.A. in December 2016 as a Project Manager until September 2017. Subsequently, they worked at Nordea as an IT Operational Process Specialist starting from September 2017 until February 2019, and later as an IT Analyst from February 2019 to August 2020. Currently, they are employed at Grape Up, where they have held the positions of Project Manager from September 2020 to June 2021 and is presently working as a Delivery Manager starting from June 2021.

Nikodem Tęcza began their education at Gdańsk University of Technology in 2010, where they pursued a degree in Inżynier (Inż.) in the field of Zarządzanie Inżynierskie. Nikodem completed this program in 2014. Following that, they continued their education at Gdańsk University of Technology and obtained a degree in Magister (Mgr) in Zarządzanie, which they completed in 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Nikodem Tęcza has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they received the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In the same year, they also acquired the ISTQB® Certified Tester, Foundation Level certification from the Global Association for Software Quality.

Nikodem Tęcza expanded their certifications in 2015 by completing the Akademia Sprzedaży Bezpośredniej program offered by SchemOUT/Fundacja Na Rzecz Rozwoju Talentów.

In 2017, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice.

Continuing their professional development in IT Service Management, Nikodem Tęcza earned the following ITIL® Intermediate Certificates: IT Service Offerings and Agreements (2020), IT Planning, Protection and Optimization (2020), IT Operational Support and Analysis (2020), and IT Release, Control and Validation (2019). These certificates were granted by AXELOS Global Best Practice.

In 2018, they completed the Leading SAFe certification offered by Scaled Agile, Inc.

Lastly, in 2020, Nikodem Tęcza obtained the ITIL® Certificate in Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC) and the ITIL®4 Managing Professional Transition certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
