Chakravarthi Munukoti has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2019 as a Human Resources Intern at Biocon, they gained practical experience before moving on to Lupin in 2020 as a Human Resources professional. Chakravarthi then joined Annora Pharma (Hetero Groups) in 2021 as a Human Resources Officer, where they worked until 2022. In 2022, they became a Corporate HRBP at Godrej Agrovet Limited, where they stayed until 2023. Currently, Chakravarthi Munukoti is serving as a Site HR lead at Granules India Limited.

Chakravarthi Munukoti's education history begins in 2013 when they attended Vishakapatnam Jobs and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics. They continued their education at the same institution and completed a Master's in Human Resource Management from 2017 to 2019. In terms of additional certifications, Chakravarthi Munukoti obtained a Diploma in Human Resources (HR) from Alison - Empower Yourself in April 2022. They also acquired a certification in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in March 2023. Moreover, Chakravarthi Munukoti completed a course titled "Introduction to Teaching English as a Second Language" from Alison - Empower Yourself in November 2021.
