Walter Kabeo is a seasoned professional in the field of audit and assurance with extensive experience in managing financial institutions and consumer market clients. Currently serving as Senior Manager Audit & Assurance at Grant Thornton Kenya since November 2023, Walter previously held the position of Manager at Deloitte from January 2023 to November 2023 and was a Manager at Grant Thornton Kenya from October 2019 to December 2022, where valuable skills in preparing and reviewing audit plans were honed. Walter's early career includes roles as Senior Auditor and Auditor Associate at KPMG East Africa, focusing on IFRS training and risk assessment of business processes. Walter holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Nairobi, as well as a CPA from Kisii College of Accountancy.
