Lynette Musyimi currently serves as the People and Culture Leader at Grant Thornton Kenya, a position held since November 2015, bringing extensive HR consulting experience gained from KPMG as an HR Consultant from September 2013 to November 2015. Lynette's expertise spans various HR services, including recruitment, talent management, salary surveys, and competency assessments. Prior to KPMG, Lynette worked as an HR Assistant at WPP-Scangroup, where responsibilities included leave management, performance management, payroll updates, and employee relations. Lynette holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from the University of Nairobi, completed in 2012.
