Nurnahdiyah (Diyah) Sudarsono currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor at Grant Thornton Indonesia, a position held since November 2019, where responsibilities include leading the Talent Acquisition Team, maintaining relationships with universities, implementing organizational culture, and enhancing talent management and employer branding initiatives. Previously, Diyah held the role of Senior Recruitment at Grant Thornton Indonesia, where the focus was on end-to-end candidate sourcing and employer branding. Prior experience includes positions as a Recruitment Officer at Ruangguru, where mass recruitment efforts were managed, and roles in human resource recruitment and development at Olympic Development Group and the Direktorat Sumber Daya Manusia Universitas Indonesia. Diyah holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, completed in July 2016.
