Terje Liiv is an accomplished Client Experience Manager at Grant Thornton Baltic since August 2015, focusing on enhancing client relations and overall satisfaction throughout the client journey. Previously, Terje served as Country Manager and Head of Marketing at 1Office Group, where assistance was provided to entrepreneurs in establishing businesses in Estonia. A notable role as Head of Marketing at Tallinn University of Technology involved innovative marketing campaigns that rebranded the institution into a modern tech university. Additional experience includes positions in marketing at Estonian Business School and Red Bull, as well as project management at the Estonian Student Union. Terje holds a Master’s degree in E-governance technologies and services from Tallinn University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from International University Audentes, supplemented by academic experiences in Belgium and Sweden.
