Paul Martindale, PMP, is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in providing technical support and project management services primarily for federal government clients. Currently serving as Manager and Senior Consultant at Grant Leading Technology, LLC since June 2020, Paul oversees a portfolio of complex construction and renovation projects for the Federal Aviation Administration, leading a team of project managers and consultants to meet client goals. Previous roles include Senior Program Manager at Volanno, where Paul managed a multi-million dollar contract for the FAA, and Senior Program Analyst at NAVSEA, providing acquisition management for US Navy ships. Paul has further demonstrated expertise in program management for the Defense Healthcare Agency and IT systems for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, alongside an extensive foundation with the FAA and U.S. Coast Guard. Paul holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bethany College.
