Reetta Siippainen's most recent work experience is as a Project Assistant at Granlund since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Registered Nurse at Mehiläinen from February 2021 to August 2021. Before that, they were also a Registered Nurse at Helsingin ja Uudenmaan sairaanhoitopiiri - Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS) from January 2020 to January 2021, and from May 2019 to December 2019. Reetta's earliest work experience is as a Salesperson at Top-Sport from December 2016 to December 2018.

Reetta Siippainen pursued their education at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Currently, they are studying towards a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at Häme University of Applied Sciences, HAMK, which they started in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2024.
