Flavia Murillo, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Global Property Accounting at Granite REIT, overseeing both internal and external property accounting teams since January 2021. Flavia's extensive experience includes roles as an Accounting and Financial Project Consultant at Trinity Development Group and Accounting Manager at RealEstateTaxTips.ca, focusing on financial strategies for real estate investors. Previous positions held include Property Accounting Manager at Colliers International, Manager of Property Accounting at Dream Unlimited, and various roles in property accounting at companies such as Standard Life Investments and Triovest Realty Advisors Inc. Flavia holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and a Certified Management Accountant designation from the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario, along with a B.Com. in Finance from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
