Catherine Moncada is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in labor relations and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Labor Relations at Granite Construction since April 2013, Catherine oversees the negotiation of labor agreements across the country and represents the organization in disputes with governmental agencies. Previously, Catherine held the role of Labor Relations Manager at Granite Construction, managing collective bargaining processes and labor compliance. Prior professional experiences include serving as Project Manager at Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc. and Design Space Modular Buildings, Inc., as well as Service Manager at Modtech Holdings, Inc. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bryn Mawr College, a California Teaching Credential from UC Irvine, and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
