Chao Luo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship across various industries. Currently serving as Principal at Granite Asia since 2019, formerly known as GGV Capital, Chao previously co-founded Laiye, acting as Chief Sales Officer, where efforts focused on developing an AI interactive platform to enhance consumer and employee engagement using advanced AI techniques. Prior roles include positions at Tencent Investment, Bain & Company as a Case Team Leader and Senior Associate, and a Summer Associate role at CDH Investments. Chao also founded and served as CEO at ZZLEO Solutions, delivering IT solutions to improve efficiencies for rural small to medium enterprises. Educational achievements include an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and another MBA from IESE Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
